Answer to the NLS approach

Hi all,

I'm writing this mail, regarding to Fujitsu's Action Item #0142 to
come back with feedback from our stakeholders.

The current IUDD V2 approach makes use of a displayName element with
key and value attributes. Initially we thought that the NLS might be
too complicated to be used here. After discussing the issue with
our stakeholders we now agree that the NLS is an appropriate
choice so that the SDD descriptor can handle localized text.
