The IBM site is at 33 Maiden Lane in
the Financial District of Manhattan. You can find it via mapquest, and
if you do a "find nearby hotels", it lists many, several of which
appear to be within walking distance.

Manhattan sounds fun..

Where is the venue exactly and what are the best hotels in the

area (preferably walking distance!).
