RequiredBase vs Alternatives

Randy George added the following comment to the www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/sdd/download.php/24262/oasis-sdd-spec-draft-v0.0-r40.doc document in the OASIS Solution Deployment Descriptor (SDD) TC Group.

RequiredBase has a ResourceConstraint of 0..1.  The ResourceConstraints in the RequiredBase Alternatives are 1..N.  These should be the same.
