remaining "content" items.

SDD TC: The Committee Draft ballot has
been opened and will be open for 1 week. Please review the specification
as Merri and Julia have indicated in e-mail (the latest revisions enable
focus on particular items; r88 highlights content changes resulting from
previous review and comment; r89 highlights re-ordering; r90 incorporates
all foregoing changes and highlights the remaining few content changes
Julia has indicated and is the complete version for the ballot vote; miscellaneous
minor editorial items remain and you can assume that these will be completed
prior to the vote to submit the specification to Public Review).

If you have questions, please let me
know. Please complete your review and cast your vote. Note that this ballot
requires a Full Majority (majority of ALL voting members), so I encourage
everyone to cast a vote.

This is the version (r90) that we are voting on as
committee draft. I've

dealt with all the outstanding content-related comments from versions 88

and 89. (There were only a few, relatively minor things left.) 

The following mechanical, editing-type items are still on the outstanding

todo list: 

                
Update Appendix A with Examples and Profile links.

                
Figure out what to do about Specification URI's.

                
Finalize formatting and correct spelling and grammatical errors.

                
Update Figure #'s and TOC.

Please ignore things on this list when reviewing. They will be addressed

for the final public review vote. Changes for r90 are tracked. To see all

changes made since the F2F look at tracked changes in r88, r89 and r90.
(I

turned off change tracking for the update of the table of contents in r90

to avoid serious slow-downs when Word displays those sections.)

All comments should be made to the full TC. Use any format you want, then

post your comments to the TC documents page or send to TC email, or add
as

a comment to this document. It is OK to vote "yes" contingent
on addressing

your comments. Please limit your comments to things that are just plain

wrong and that really matter. We only have 4 days after this vote to make

and review changes before the public review vote.
