if you approve moving the SDD CD03 specification and associated schema
referenced in this ballot to Public Review Status (that is, to submit this
Committee Draft for Public Review). 

Notes: 

1. This is the presumed final level of the specification, pending any public
review comments. If this ballot passes, this specification will be submitted
for Public Review. 

2. The specification has been thoroughly reviewed by the TC; new comments
are not expected but the ballot permits comments if you need to note something.

3. This vote requires a Full Majority vote to pass.
