Groups - descriptorLanguageBundle example (example.zip) uploaded

Randy and I discussed this offline and made some minor mods to the example.
 I added two additional properties files one for en_US and one for de_DE
that I used a verbatim English to German translator to create. 
Additionally I fixed a bug in the SDD to no longer refer to C:\Program
Files in the installRoot derived variable.  Instead I now refer to
%ProgramFiles% in the expression.
