Editorial Changes

In the latest core spec (sdo-core-3[1].0-spec-cd03-wd1.doc):

Section 4.1.3 (line 325) - "In languages, a set of ..." should be "In other languages, a set of ...".

Section 4.1.3 (line 328) - "get(DataObject.class)" should be "get<DataObject>".

Section 4.1.9 - maybe this is more than an editorial issue. Not sure how/when they were added, but it seems that the <T> notation is not appropriate in this section. All <T>'s should all be removed. It's the type of the value that is used in the algorithm.
