Groups - CQL 1.2 - The Contextual Query Language (sws-cql-june-xx.doc) uploaded

Please review carefully the CQL document. I have gone through it thoroughly
and made edits and corrections, no substantive changes, however I now think
it is ready for CD status (pending resolution of BNF question) and so it
merits careful review, start to end, by all committee members.   

This is the first of several proposed CDs.  This document will  probably be
considered the most substantive among the set, by people reviewing these
who have no prior acquaintance with SRU, etc.  So the CQL document probably
will be the most carefully scrutinized among the set.
