Couple of comments.
1. The url to bring up this form has a space in it. click 'Submit Comments' on http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/tc_home.php?wg_abbrev=security

2. In SAML V2.0, Authentication and Authorization has been shortened to Authn and Authz. These are not common short forms. Hence not appropriate.

3. Good thing that Subject is extracted to Assertion.
