TC Admin feedback on SAML V2.0 Metadata Extensions for Registration and Publication Information Version 1.0 and Metadata Extensions for Login and Discovery User Interface

We noticed some broken links in the current csprds for SAML V2.0
Metadata Extensions for Registration and Publication Information
Version 1.0 (http://docs.oasis-open.org/security/saml/Post2.0/saml-metadata-rpi/v1.0/csd02/saml-metadata-rpi-v1.0-csd02.html)
and SAML V2.0 Metadata Extensions for Login and Discovery User
Interface (http://docs.oasis-open.org/security/saml/Post2.0/sstc-saml-metadata-ui/v1.0/csd03/sstc-saml-metadata-ui-v1.0-csd03.html).
We are passing them along to you as an FYI.

- In rpi, the last three URIs provided in the Normative References
section are colored blue but they are not actually hyperlinked. The
links also have a blank space embedded in the URL string so that they
don't work even when cut & pasted into a browser window

- In ui, the last three references are hyperlinked, however both the
display text and the links have embedded blank spaces so the links are
broken.
