TC Admin comments on SAML v2.0 Protocol Extension for Requesting Attributes per Request V1.0 csprd01

Members of the SAML TC, 

In preparing your content for public review, we encountered the following minor items that we bring to your attention. 

- The schema file reproduced in Appendix C differs from the schema file loaded. 

  - The order of the attributes on the schema element are different though the values look the same

  - The Location attribute does not point to the correct location; the schema is in http://docs.oasis-open.org/security/saml-protoc-req-attr-req/v1.0/csprd01/schema/

  - The Revision history attribute is different

- SAML Version 2.0 is referred to in three different representations: "SAML 2.0" (in Abstract and in text), "SAML v2.0" (in the title), and "SAML V2.0" (in one section title). It makes sense to do it the same way. 

- The Normative Reference to [Schema1] returns "Document not found." In addition, it is not referred to anywhere in the document so it does really need to be there.
