Name suggestion

My $0.02:

AXCES is a great idea (thank you Carlisle) because of the two strongest
arguments I've heard yet:

	- A word that can be used to easily refer to the standard.
	- The inclusion of 'ML' in the acronym would be misleading/inappropriate
