Also, BobB was mentioning on the concall this morning, some thoughts of his as
to how we might map the task of producing a "committee specification" onto the
"deliberative assembly protocol suite" as documented in ol' Hank's ..er..
Robert's Rules.
To that end, there's some language in draft-sstc-doc-guidelines-02.txt Section
4.4 describing the same -- at perhaps a too-high level. I'd appreciate comments
on whether we need to add more detail there (prototype text encouraged).
