Yes, you can make a hotel reservation now.  I have set up a potential block of 10 rooms with the Double Tree yesterday since I didn't have a firm number yet and wanted to pin something down.   Just ask for the Hitachi block.  I'm also copying this information to the mailing list.  

So ... all who want to make reservations please call the Double Tree and ask for the Hitachi Block of rooms to make your reservation.  Their telephone number is 1-781-890-6767.

Do let me know if 10 rooms are enough.
