Note XMLDsig Schema in SAML Repository is Out of Date

Please note that the XLM Digital Signature Schema currently in the SAML
Document Repository:

http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/security/docs/xmldsig-core-schema.xsd

is not the current one and in fact will produce an error from a schema
checker.

The correct version is available at W3C.
