[security-services] New poll for F2F #5 attendance

Sorry for the confusion - some day I'll get a hang of how to set these up
properly.

I've placed a new e-vite poll to let us determine who *will* attend the
meeting on Nov 6 & 7. In addition, you can record if you *cannot* attend the
meeting in SF at all, or if you could attend if the meeting were held on Mon
& Tues instead of Tues & Weds.

You have two votes - use only one if you cannot attend

If you cannot attend on Wednesday, but could on mon, please indicate the
monday / tuesday option

If you can attend any of the three days, please vote for both mon / tues and
the tues / weds option.

If you can't attend monday, but can on tues / weds then please indicate that
option.
