      name has presented itself

    <<< MISSING DETAIL HERE >>>

----------------------------
Scott: status codes
- Sent mail to list
- Question is whether status codes are/should be bindings-specific
    - Could either tunnel the codes, as is represented now, or think of
it as an extension to the transport mech, like SOAP
    - Simon: using SOAP mech makes other bindings messy
    - Needs more discussion
    - BobB would like to see a proposal put on the table

----------------------------
Prateek: NameIdentifier
- Concludes that there is no compelling interop question here. Business

  agreement will be sufficient.
- Withdraws from championing this
- Scott Cantor, RLBob agree.

----------------------------
Phill’s request to consider Eve’s restructuring proposal
- No real reaction from list
- Leave open

NEW ISSUES
- None
