[security-services] Review of SAML 1.0 Specification Set?

Hi Steve,

It was mentioned on the SSTC concall today that you'd expressed interest in
reviewing the SAML spec when it got close to Last Call. We're indeed getting
close and are soliciting at-large technical review. We'd certainly appreciate
your input. You can find the latest spec set here..
