[security-services] comments on core-25

Hi,

	Couple of comments :

	1.	Line 666-676 : I think 676 DNSAddress should be "required"
		Line : 1734 as well.
		Need to change this in assertion-schema-25 as well.
	2.	What is the default for an element ? minOccurs="0"
maxOccurs="unbounded". Depending on the default behaviour, a few of the
minOccurs and maxOccurs could be taken out.
