Re: [security-services] the "NotOnOrAfter" issue

dateTime allows arbitrary sub-second precision and arbitrary timezones 
expressed as hh:mm offsets from UTC.


I suggest subclassing xsd:dateTime to: disallow fractional seconds and 
timezones other than UTC.
