Title: Updated Issues Status

The report has been updated to reflect the new documents published Friday.

Two additional issues, DS-4-10, DS-14-11 appear ready to be closed.

That leaves 7 issues unresolved. One, DS-4-12 is actually only technically open and another, MS-02, is essentially a document formating issue.

The remaining 5 have technical substance, but 2 of them, DS-12-06 and DS-14-07 involve essentially one line changes.
