[security-services] Minor acknowledgement list edits

I noticed a couple of edits that should be made for
consistency/accuracy:

 

Conformance: "Darren Platt, RSA" should be
replaced with "Darren Platt, formerly with RSA Security". 
This would then match Core and Glossary.

 

Bindings and Sec-Consider - Since Securant no longer
exists and Evan is not at RSA, I'd recommend changing "Evan Prodromou,
Securant" to "Evan Prodromou, formerly with Securant"
