I have just two items to resolve before I can certify that we have covered all open issues in the docuuments.

The bindings, conformance and considerations documents do not contain the new format of acknowledgements. This was originally proposed by Eve here:

Jeff and Joe: should we worry about the usecases document?

Eve and Rob Philpot:

Issues DS-14-14, DS-14-15 and DS-14-16 I believe have not been addressed. It is my understanding that there is a general agreement to defer them, but I cannot find any discussion in the minutes or mailing list. Can you confirm this?

I will publish the new issues list now, but hold back on the status report until I hear back on these issues or by 5:00 EDT today whichever is sooner.
