I believe that to be the case. We have transmitted the
proposal to OASIS which has accepted it. There is clearly
a lot of interest in and demand for the spec.
I don't know when the call for participation will go out
exactly, I believe it has to be fairly soon though because
of the six week delay before holding a F2F.
