PCMag graphic needs to be moved to public site

In case nobody else noticed, the embedded PC Magazine graphic for that award is being pulled from the members-only site, so the SSTC
home page prompts for a name/password when accessed.

Also, is there any way to restore the link to the doc set for 1.0 as a whole? A couple people have reported difficulty finding the
spec documents now.
