RE: [security-services] Erratum: Descriptions of QNames

I had a hand in both the AuthorityKind and StatusCode text, but the latter was done later, and probably was more precise for it. No
matter what, the text generally sounds awkward because of all the qualifying, but it's definitely editorial, IMHO.
