Rob/Jeff to follow up with OASIS about links to mailing lists from the public
and members pages. Also need access to mail archives other than the main list.
Specifically need to address saml-dev and security-services-comment.

  Rob Philpott 2003-04-08 05:03 GMT

Updated link to security-services-comment dist list from public/members page.

Still need to deal with saml-dev (is it completely public?) and access to the
other archives. I sent mail several weeks ago to OASIS re: the additional
archives and was informed it would be addressed.

We need to formulate appropriate language for a request to WS-Trust folks on
SSTC mailing list. MaryAnn agreed to represent the question to the WS-Trust
Authors on our behalf. Question to WS-Trust authors:

  (0) SSTC is interested in using portions of WS-Trust specification.

  (1) Clarify their intent on submission to standards body and relevant time
  frame

  (2) Will the WS-Trust specification be submitted to a standards body within
  the next three months

  (3) Alternatively, would WS-Trust authors consider releasing WS-Trust
specification (appropriate waiver of copyright) to the SSTC to build a
  derivative work.

  Rob Philpott 2003-04-08 05:09 GMT

  Carlisle completed the draft.

The AI has been transferred to Maryann who will now follow up with the
  authors.

04-Mar: Scott has text that has been done. Scott will submit final draft
depending on the closure of "ID attribute" issue. There are other
proposals to make schema changes. During the discussion of schema changes we
will need to debate the "ID Attribute".

  Rob Philpott 2003-03-24 02:13 GMT

AI #0011 has been closed as it is related to this AI. Info from #0011 is
  included below.

04-Mar: Will there be schema changes in SAML 1.1? The group needs to have a
discussion on schema changes. Scott: suggest that the document(s) published
to the list should be used as a starting point for discussion. Scott will published
proposed changes to schema after group provides feedback on exiting proposal
  (see AI-44).

See Reference links below for a pointer to AI-44.

  Rob Philpott 2003-04-08 05:26 GMT

[18-March] Scott agreed to propose changes to treatment of digital signatures
AFTER ID attribute discussion is complete.

[1-April] ID Attribute discussion is complete. Scott will work on updated
  draft utilizing ID attributes.

Customer has requested a use case for attribute authority. Once a use case is
defined, the TC will consider it for profiling.

On hold - awaiting further meetings with customer making the request.
