First errata for CS docs...

Rats - already found a problem!

 

We last updated the -core schema
snippets after we made the assertion schema draft-03/protocol schema draft-04 changes. 
Those changes rebased the various identifiers we use on xsd:ID/NCNAME. 
The schema file changes were only made to the document identifier/import
statements. Fortunately, the actual committee spec schemas are correct. We just
need to update the snippets.
