This is explainable and 
entirely my fault. After publishing draft 11 (doc id 1874)  I noticed a 
minor omission on the copyright notice. I then deleted 1874 and uploaded what 
became 1876 but forgot to send the associated email. I will now go to Kavi and 
generate the email.

 

Sorry if you all had to 
spend precious time.

Hi Frederick - That is REALLY bizarre.  When I do 
  a document list and copy the shortcuts, I see the PDF file is at index 1875 
  and the Word doc is at 1876. There is no document in the repository at index 
  1864 as in the mail from Kavi triggered by Jahan's upload.  Where did you 
  get the 1876 link that refers to a .doc file?

  
 

  
I haven't noticed this with any other doc links I've
