Two minor comments on the draft 10 core 1.1 last call draft,

5.4.4
s/insure/ensure/

5.4.5 [line 1593] seems awkward wording, perhaps the following is clearer:

SAML does not require use of ds:KeyInfo, which may be absent, and does not define how
ds:KeyInfo is to be used. Use of ds:KeyInfo is defined in the XML Signature recommendation [XMLSig].
