SAML call agenda

I propose we review the categorized to-do list for SAML 2.0 on
tomorrows call [1].

I think it would be useful to clarify what is meant by each item.

I do not propose we decide on the SAML 2 definition in tomorrows call, but simply clarify the meaning
of the potential items.
