this week, it is expected that we will achieve quorum at the f2f meeting, so
there is no need to solicit folks to dial-in to the meeting for purposes of
achieving quorum.

arrange dial-in access to the meeting unless there is a specific request
from someone that cannot attend but that really needs to participate in some
fashion.
If you feel it is absolutely
