wrt SSTC/SAML historical flotsam'n'jetsom

btw, having been the SSTC/SAML webjanitor for a while, and given the past way 
the site was managed, eg via ftp and a tool that sync'd a local mirror and the 
remote site (ie a "sane", "classical" approach ;), I have a more or less 
complete archive of all docs & revisions thereof, up to the point at which Kavi 
was deployed. Just ffr (for future reference).
