new ballot for F2F date preference poll

Hi folks - Due to the confusion over the previous 2
ballots, Prateek and I decided to remove the previous 2 ballots and set up a
new one with clear options for specifying a preference on the dates.  

 

If you voted on the other ballots, you'll need to re-cast
your preference vote.  The previous 2 ballots have been deleted.
