It has come to my attention that a significant number of
SAML implementers have not yet completed the license required for IP
contributed to SAML by RSA Security.  The IP declarations relevant to SAML
and the instructions for obtaining the license can be found at:

I have a current list of all licensees, so if you have a
question as to whether your company has executed a license, please feel free to
