shouul "entityId" nameid-format be just "entity"?

None of the other nameid-format
identifiers include “ID” in the value.  For example urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:nameid-format:persistent
and urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:nameid-format:transient.

 

Thus, for consistency, I think urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:nameid-format:entityID
should be changed to urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:nameid-format:entity.
