I guess the new work centered on the attribute profile notion, once 
Prateek determined that there was no unique "flow work" associated with 
this.  I will close this when we get the latest attribute profile text 
integrated into the profile doc.

This is pretty much done. I will propose some text for the bindings to
explicitly state that attribute statements may be carried within the
assertion. We also have an open issue around attribute profiles being
carried as URIs in assertions at run-time (as opposed to meta-data only).
All of these are minor issues IMHO.
