Anybody testing the DEFLATE URL encoding?

Just wondered if any early implementers have any prototype code working yet
to encode/decode SAML with the URL encoding rules?

I'm asking because I'm working on updating the examples, and I'd love to get
some confirmation that this is really working as a spec. If I can decode
what somebody sends me, it would go a long way toward reassuring me. I've
been manually following the steps with openssl commands to create the
examples and they seem to work well, but I'd like to verify that.
