message from Quadrasis re glossary terms?

I cannot find the "message from Quadrasis re glossary terms" that's mentioned 
in the minutes in the telecon minutes 2004-09-14 (dated 9/17/2004 9:09 AM)

I've looked in both my security-services@ and saml-dev@ archives.

The deprecated term, "sso assertion", is the only term that's mentioned in the 
above minutes, and I'll excise it in the next rev of the glossary.

did they have any other comments?
