Here is an update to the XPath attribute profile.  I changed the NameFormat
from uri to XPath.  I changed the serviceType attribute to documentType.  I
described restricting the xpath with some text on interoperability.  I also
cleaned up the text in general.

I also changed the name of the document to match other documents.
