SSTC home page updated

I updated the SSTC home page quite a bit today to get rid of old 
links to pre-OASIS Standard drafts, correct some dead links, and 
generally rationalize the V2.0 section:

If you notice anything amiss, let me know.  I saved off the 
exhaustive list of links to the different revs of the V2.0 specs; I 
can send it to any interested parties.  (I keep intending to use it 
myself, to catalogue the definitive list of V1.1->V2.0 changes.)
