Hopefully Eve can clean these up in the prep for CD...?

Speaking of which, based on the new document processes, I think it would be
a reasonable thing to vote these into a 60 day review, and then ultimately
as committee specs (leaving open but not requiring another vote for
submitting them).

The review period gives us a way to make sure they're working and fix them
if need be.
