AI #0217: Explore with OASIS how best to do publication of redlinedspecs based on errata

Mary has just responded on the idea of red-lined errata as follows:

"Perfectly okay, as long as they're posted on the errata page (as 
referenced in the specs) and marked as non-normative."

We still have to go through OASIS staff to get it placed on the 
docs.oasis-open.org site, but she can help us with that.

I think we can manage this.  Though I note that we don't say 
anything about a special errata page in the docs -- we just refer to 
the main SSTC page.
