Technical Overview - comments request

Please can I have any comments on the Technical Overview asap - in particular on the new section 4.3 which goes through a few different use-case Federation examples.   So far I've only had some from Prateek.

For instance does section 4.3 have as much coverage as we would like?   Observant readers will notice that a Name Identifier Mapping Protocol example is not included - nor is the Liberty "opt-in" concept mentioned (except briefly in section 2.2)
