[security-services] Submitting SAML to ITU-T SG 17

All,

As I understand it, there was an interest sometime ago on submitting SAML to the ITU-T SG 17.

Although, I am not totally familiar with the details of the previous effort, I would like to raise the question if this is still a desirable thing to do from this TC with the current work.

Can we have this issue on the next TC call?
