error in saml-profiles-saml2.0 example (section 8.5.6)

There appears to be an error in the example in section 8.5.6 of the  
SAML 2.0 profiles doc: the ldapprof:Encoding="LDAP" attribute should  
be on the AttributeValue not the Attribute, according to section  
8.2.4 of the spec.
