SSTC web page bugs wrt saml-dev@

Currently, the link to "Email Archives" in the purple right-hand sidebar on the 
SSTC webpage (public view, <http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/security>) 
links _only_ to the security-services@ list archives. I seem to recall there's 
other TCs where their "Email Archives" link goes to a landing page that has 
links to all the TC's email list archives. Might we do something like this?

If you search the SSTC web page for saml-dev, there's both a mention of the 
list's existence, and a link to it's archives, down near the page bottom under 
the "mailing lists and comments" subtitle. However, the link to the saml-dev@ 
archives is broken, the link presently is..

..which 404's, it apparently should be..

http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/saml-dev/
