Groups - Emerging Crypto Algs SAML Conf Spec revision (556735_1.pdf) uploaded

This document proposes that future revisions of the SAML 2.0 Conformance
spec include emerging algorithms such as EC-DH, EC-MQV and EC-DSA. 

It is submitted for consideration by the representatives of the
Authentication programe of the New Zealand government.
