ITU-T SG17 agreed to give Consent to ITU-T Rec. X.1141 (SAML 2.0)

Dear all,

it is my pleasure to inform you that the ITU-T Study Group 17 meeting 
(Jeju Island, Korea) has just agreed to Consent ITU-T Rec. X.1141 (SAML 
2.0).

The AAP (Alternative Approval Process) Last Call will be initiated on 
May 16 and will last 4 weeks. The AAP voting is entirely electronic for 
ITU Members and they are not required to express a YES vote (they only 
express disagreements).

I'd like to thank Mr. Barbir for the tremendous work he has done as 
Editor of this Recommendation.
Working on the text of this Recommendation gave the opportunity to 
clarify some issues (such as normative/informative references) to the 
benefit of both parties.
