Three profiles proposed for CD status

I've just uploaded fresh drafts (-07, -03, -03) of the 1.x metadata profile,
metadata extension for queries, and protocol extension for 3rd party
requests.

All changes since CD-01 are editorial or clarification in nature except one
small change in the 1.x profile, and I would like to have a vote to
re-affirm them as CDs next call.

I uploaded the ODTs, and PDFs with and without change bars since CD-01.

Final inter-document references and the latest TC member list will be
plugged in during the final publication stage.

What's the current process to submit these for CS status once they're
re-affirmed?
